MICRO FICTION PRIZE

"Grindstone's Apostles"

Last year it was the Dirty Dozen, this year, it's Grindstone's Apostles. These fun, micro-fiction competitions are a break from the larger competitions, and provide a chance for writers to stretch their creative legs, get wacky, and write something really out-there. We're looking for 12 amazing micro fictions to make up our 2020 collection, and would love to see what you can do with 200 words! Any genre, any theme, any style. Just make it creative, and if we love it, we'll publish it as part of our Apostles collection in the 2020 Anthology!

That's all there is to it. No prize money, no seriousness, just fun and creativity! What could be better?

Before entering, please read the entry rules and guidelines located here. You will be asked to accept our competition terms before entering, which you can read here.

Thanks for the support!

We're continually enamoured by the support and generosity of the writing community, so we just wanted to take a second to say a big thank you to our contributors. The Almond Press, CreativeWritingInk, and Christopher Fielden are kind enough to list our competitions on their sites, and in doing so, help to spread the Grindstone name. They've been instrumental in our growth and success, and we can't thank them enough. Though, we hope this message goes a small way to doing so!
